We always try to match your vision, however ultimately the finished look depends on the flowers used. For custom orders please keep an open mind as no two pieces are ever the same.
If you ship your item back to us we require that you use the product packaging or something comparable to ensure the item doesn’t get damaged in the mail. We also ask that you include tracking on the item.
